As soon as he was old enough to reach the stovetop, Fard joined his mom in the kitchen, and his own love of baking began. Today his Antioch-based family business crafts a range of small-batch, nutritious and oh-so-tasty vegan foods. With Fard focusing on baking, sales, and customer satisfaction, Way to Life Foods has expanded to include a retail storefront right here in Antioch and reaches more than 30 local farmers’ markets.
